Man arrested after domestic violence incident, barricade situation

A man was arrested in Munford after barricading himself in a house Sunday night. Munford Police Chief Randal Baskin said officers were dispatched to Mary Avenue at approximately 6:30 p.m. for a domestic violence incident. A Byhalia, Miss. man is dead after a domestic disturbance with his ex-girlfriend, the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office said Sunday afternoon. Covington man indicted after two assaults on pregnant wife

A Covington man was indicted last week on charges he assaulted his pregnant wife in October 2018, possibly leading to the unborn baby's death. John Alston Bradshaw, of Bride Road, is accused of discharging a gun while attempting to restrain his wife with duct tape during an argument.
