‘It just tugs at my heart’: Police concerned about increasing overdoses

Local law enforcement officials are becoming increasingly concerned about drug overdoses this year. Covington Police Chief Larry Lindsey said his department has worked six overdoses in the last two weeks, two of them fatal. Murder suspect Terrance Taylor II turned himself in Tuesday morning

Terrance Taylor II, wanted for a homicide in Covington last month, turned himself in Tuesday morning. The 22-year-old is a suspect in the murder of Dontavious Edwards on Dec. 28, 2020.
