He was transported to Baptist-Tipton where he was pronounced dead.

Covington Police Chief Larry Lindsey said leads on three persons of interest were developed and after further investigation the shooter was identified as Taylor, who lives in Covington.

A warrant for his arrest was issued the following day. He has not yet been located and the U.S. Marshals hope the public can help.

Miller said the amount of the cash reward will not be released, but it’s being used as an incentive to bring the suspect back to Tipton County.

Taylor is considered armed and dangerous. He is 5’10” and approximately 160 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to contact special agent Kilpatrick at 731-571-0280.
