He leaves a daughter, Elaine (Jay) Daniel; sons, John Carmack, Charles E. (Wendy) Carmack, Jr.; sisters, Ruby Hill, Lilly Kennedy, Bobbie Middleton, Janice Holt; grandchildren, Carie Daniel, Erin Carmack, Chandler Carmack and one great-grandchild, Lexi Blose.
He was also predeceased by a grandchild, Tammie Daniel.
