ZAQURIS HARMON, MICHAEL HARMON, & ANDRIA HARMON, DEFENDANTS.

NOTICE OF SALE

In accordance with the Order of Partition of the Chancery Court of Tipton County, Tennessee, made and entered in the above-styled cause on the 17TH day of December 2025, and an Amended Order entered January 16, 2026,  a public notice is hereby given that:

The Auction will be conducted electronically via www.govease.com on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. for a period of (15) minutes at which time the highest bidder will be the winner provided the minimum bid is achieved.

Registration will begin February 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and close March 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.  Pre-bidding will begin on February 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

All sales proceeds will be due by close of business day on March 3, 2026.

There is a 5% buyer’s premium which will be collected and paid to GovEase.  The buyer premium is added to the sales price, and the total is due upon close of auction date.  The buyer will be responsible for any current or back taxes that are owed on the property.   

Possession upon payment of balance and delivery of deed and confirmation of sale by the Court.

Property is being sold “as is”, and there are no warranties, express, implied or otherwise.

MINIMUM BID $ 162,000.00

Lot 28, Quail Hollow Subdivision, Section B, as recorded in Plat Cabinet B, Slides 135 & 136, Register’s Office of Tipton County, Tennessee to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description.

Being the same property conveyed to Aiman Harmon, Sr. by warranty deed recorded in Record Book 960, Page 328 in the Register’s Office of Tipton County, Tennessee.

The property will be sold for cash, in bar of the equity of redemption and all exemptions. The Special Commissioner’s Report of Sale will lie upon her desk for a period of ten (10) days following the sale, subject to being raised and reopened by deposit of advance bid of at least 10% over the initial bid price.   The raised bidder will be required to contact the Clerk and Master’s Office directly to raise the bid and will be required to remit their bid amount.  If the bid is raised, the successful bidder at the first sale will be refunded and the Clerk and Master will schedule another auction date and begin the bidding at the raised bid price.    The property will be sold as is where is, with possession given upon the confirmation of the sale.
