Ansley enjoyed being a part of several clubs and organizations within her school, and was a three-year varsity cheerleader, member of the National Honor Society, FBLA, FCCLA, Academic Knowledge Team, Journalism Staff and Key Club, where she held a leadership role.

Ansley is now a freshman at the University of Memphis where she is a proud member of the Alpha Gamma Delta women’s fraternity.

With a passion for volunteering, Ansley desires to help other families that are experiencing critical medical hardships, much like she is experiencing with her own family.

To reach those who need emotional support, Ansley Created C.A.R.E. – Cancer Affects and Reaches Everyone. This organization is committed to increasing the quality of life of cancer patients and their families as they fight the biggest battle of their lives. Additionally, through her work with Relay for Life and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, she will bring light to people in need, especially teen patients and caregivers, whom she feels are underserved and hold a very special place in her heart.

“I am so proud of Ansley and how she has served the state of Tennessee especially in the middle of a pandemic,” said Pageant Director Kim Greenwood. “Ansley is a beautiful young woman with a heart of gold and we are very fortunate to have her as such a strong leader during these unprecedented times!  It is very exciting for Ansley and the Miss Tennessee USA pageant to welcome the Miss Universe Organization,  Miss Teen USA and Miss USA contestants to Memphis from all 50 states and the District of Columbia!”
