Former Brighton alderman David Boone convicted of fondling

Instead of serving the Town of Brighton, a former alderman is now serving time.  David Boone was convicted of two counts of fondling last month, charges on which he was indicted in June 2021. Congressman Steve Cohen sent Gov. Bill Lee a letter asking that TCAP be waived for Crestview students

Tipton County Disaster Recovery Center opens Sunday at DSCC

A Disaster Recovery Center will open at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 16 at the Tipton County Public Library accommodate residents who were affected by the storms and tornadoes and want to update their existing FEMA applications or learn about state and community programs and other available assistance. Delfield announces permanent closure after March 31 tornado
