The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Tipton County Sheriff's Office are investigating the fatal shooting of a local musician. At approximately 10:30 p.m. Sunday a shooting was reported on Old Memphis Road, in the Covington area, sheriff Shannon Beasley said. Former Brighton alderman David Boone convicted of fondling
Instead of serving the Town of Brighton, a former alderman is now serving time. David Boone was convicted of two counts of fondling last month, charges on which he was indicted in June 2021.
