Spanyada Adams indicted in 2022 murder of Betty Goheen

A Covington man was indicted this week for killing a woman in Covington in 2022. Betty Goheen, of Munford, was found dead at a home on South College Street on April 9, 2022. Spanyada Adams, the man who was reportedly alone with her at the time of her death, told police she overdosed on drugs. Boys & Girls Club damaged after driver loses control while doing donuts

The Boys & Girls Club of the Hatchie River Region sustained damaged Saturday after a driver ran into the building. One in custody, one still at large after highway shooting

One of the suspects in Friday morning's shooting on Hwy. 51 North has turned himself in, Sheriff Shannon Beasley confirmed on Saturday.
