The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported Friday morning that 20-year-old Nicholas Kellum of Burlison was killed overnight.

According to the preliminary report, Kellum was driving a 2015 Can-Am Maverick westbound on Western Valley Road when he ran off the roadway, overcorrected and the utility vehicle overturned.

Kellum was a 2018 graduate of Covington High School where he was active with the FFA.
