Tipton County recorded its second COVID-19-related death. The Tennessee Department of Health will not release the identity of the patients who died, but The Leader has learned the first was a man who was hospitalized in Memphis. He died on Sunday. Though Tuesday evening's executive order stated the personal care industry would remain closed through May 29, Wednesday morning Gov.
