A local realtor was indicted this month for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a minor in her care. Wyatt Earp’s owner pleaded guilty to tax theft, sentenced to eight years probation

Wyatt Earp's owner Adam Kelley pleaded guilty to theft after more than two years of legal troubles, the Tennessee Department of Revenue announced Tuesday.
