Fast-food restaurant Jack’s opens for business in Covington tomorrow

Another well-known chain restaurant is about to open in Covington. A little more than a year after Zaxby's opened for business on the south side of town, Jack's will open its doors for business in the morning on the north side. Zaxby’s is set to open on Monday – and it will be drive-thru, pickup only

The long-awaited opening of Zaxby’s will happen on Monday, June 1. A fan favorite for chicken fingers, wings and signature sauces, the new fast-casual restaurant is operated by Roger Wilson and Thomas Pugh, who own five other Zaxby’s locations and have been with the brand since 2007.
