An anonymous donor has given $10,000 to help fund the restoration of Covington’s Baltzer Field, parks and recreation director Joe Mack said. Local parks and recreation departments have announced closures
Covington Parks and Recreation announced Monday afternoon it will close its facilities until Monday, March 30. This includes the Sportsplex, Covington Aquatic Center, Tipton County Museum and all parks. Additionally, the spring youth baseball, softball and soccer seasons have been postponed.
