BRIGHTON - After another deadly accident, a grieving family is petitioning city officials for help with getting a traffic light installed at a dangerous intersection. Has Tipton County’s population really decreased? County Executive says he doesn’t believe it.

Data released by the U.S. Census Bureau last week shows Tipton County’s population decreased by .18 percent over the last decade.
