Mike Cook

June 4, 1957 – July 26, 2019

 

 Mike Cook, 62, of Covington, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2019. Mr. Cook was a former truck driver. 

Funeral services were held on Monday, July 29, at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment in Covington Memorial Gardens.   

He is survived by one daughter, Crystal Cousar of Ripley; one son, Charlie Michael Cook of Hayti, Mo.; one granddaughter, Carly Brooke Cousar of Murfreesboro; three sisters, Cathy Chandler of Covington, Janice Ferrell of Springville and Cheryl Goode of Trezevant and two brothers, William “Butch” Cook of Ripley and Steve Cook of Covington.
