Mrs. Mary Helen Black, the widow of Mr. James

Darrel Black, passed away on Sunday, July 21,

2019, at St. Francis Hospital. Mrs. Black worked as

a bookkeeper for Wooten Tractor Company and was

a longtime member of the First United Methodist

Church.

Mrs. Black is survived by her spouse, Paul; her

daughter, Susan Pemberton of Covington; Paul;

her son, Dennis Black (Gail Beeman) of Memphis

and her five grandchildren.

Mrs. Black was preceded in death by her parents,

John D. and Susie Mae Roe and by her brother,

John D. Roe, Jr.

Services for Mrs. Black were held on Wednesday,

July 24, at 2 p.m., at the Maley-Yarbrough Chapel.

Visitation took place Tuesday night from 5-7 p.m.,

in the Chapel with interment following in R. H.

Munford Cemetery.
