IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF TENNESSEE FOR THE TWENTY-FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT AT TIPTON COUNTY, TENNESSEE

In the Matter of The Intestate Estate of Margaret Laverne Chapman, Deceased

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

It appearing to the Court based on the Petition to Determine Heirs as filed by the Petitioner, Ruby Lynn Brenner (hereinafter “Petitioner”), as the Administratrix Ad Litem of the Intestate Estate of Margaret Laverne Chapman (“Decedent”), on February 3rd, 2025, that notice should be given to all the unknown heirs of the Decedent.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that notice shall be published in The Leader newspaper in Covington, Tennessee, advising that Ruby Lynn Brenner, as Administratrix Ad Litem of the Estate of Margaret Laverne Chapman has filed a Petition to Determine Heirs. The time for the Court to hear the Petition is scheduled for April 9, 2025, at 9:00 am at Tipton County Chancery Court, 1801 S. College Street, Covington, TN 38019. Notice shall be published in The Leader for four consecutive weeks (February 13, 2025; February 20, 2025; February 27, 2025; March 6, 2025) to all unknown heirs of Margaret Laverne Chapman, deceased, and all persons claiming to be an heir or next of kin of the Decedent that they will be required to set forth the nature of their kinship, either prior to, or at the date set for the hearing.
