Mary Ann Coats
Date of Death – November 22, 2019

Mary Ann Coats, a homemaker from Burlison, passed away on November 22, 2019, at Magnolia Creek Nursing Home in Covington. She was 86, and a member of Giltedge Church of Christ.

Mrs. Coats leaves her husband of 64 years, Leon Coats; daughters, Lesa (Wendell) Hall, Mende Scherffius; grandchildren, Amy Hall, David Boling, Adam (Christy) Scherffius, Mark (Christy) Scherffius, Daniel (Kaitlyn) Scherffius and three great-grandchildren.

Services were held Monday, November 25,  at Munford Funeral Home-Munford Chapel.  Interment was in Helen Crigger Cemetery.  Munford Funeral Home-Munford Chapel, munfordfuneralhome.com.

The family requests memorials be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
