Date of Death – January 1, 2020

Linda Carol Gordon, 73, passed away January 1, 2020, in Collierville.  She was a member of Covington Church of Christ and worked in the human resources department of Health South.

Mrs. Gordon leaves her sons, Chester “Chip” Gordon, II of Covington and John (Kati) Gordon of Thompson Station; brother John (Debra) Dickey, Jr. of Covington; step-sister Kate Watkins of Collierville; step-brother John Cummings of Kansas City; and grandchildren Cailyn and Anslie Gordon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edward and Margaret Redden Dickey; and a step-sister, Pat Holmes.

A memorial service was held 11a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, at the Covington Church of Christ.  The family received friends one hour prior to the service.
