Lester Ballard
Date of Death – November 4, 2019

Mr. Lester Ballard, 95, of Brighton, passed away on November 4, 2019 at home surrounded by his family. Mr. Ballard, the widower of Mrs. Edna Marie Tindall Ballard, was a loving father and poppy, a maintenance mechanic, United States Navy veteran who served during World War II, and a member of the Methodist church.

He is survived by his daughters, Sylvia Percy (Les) of Brighton and Sandra Fogleman (Ray) of Washington, Utah; his son, Lesley Ballard (Laurie) of Millington; six grandchildren and 11 greatgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Ernest and Stella Coker Ballard and his siblings, Ruby Hammons, Pat Northern, Jayroe Ballard and Marvin Ballard.

Visitation for Mr. Ballard was held on Tuesday night, from 5- 8 p.m., at the Maley-Yarbrough Chapel.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 1 p.m. Interment followed in Bethlehem Cemetery in Henning.
