Edwin A. Bryson
January 13, 1933 – December 3, 2019

Edwin A. Bryson, 86, of Lakeland, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce, of 63 years; two daughters, Patricia Shields and Janet Throneberry (Wade) and his son, Bill Bryson (Sharon) one sister, Jean Embry (Carlyle); along with eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ola Mae and Cooper Bryson and a sister, Bertha Wright.

Edwin was an Air Force veteran and retired from the FAA as an air traffic controller. He later retired from Coleman Taylor Transmissions Company, where he was a sales manager. He was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church where he served as an usher and greeter for 35 years.

Services were held Dec. 7, at Forest Hill Funeral Home – East. He was laid to rest in Forest Hill Cemetery – East.
