Allen Fogarty-Rice
January 14, 1945 – March 15, 2020
Allen passed away in Memphis on March 15, 2020. He was the only son of Raymond and Eveline Rice of Walden Vt.
He is survived by his sister, Pearl Eveline Rice Smith, Pacifica California; his daughter, Monica Jean Rice Manning, and family, Randolph Vt.; , his loving stepdaughter, Tina Stern, and family of Munford and his stepdaughter, Mrs. Clifford Caudle and family of Millington.

There will be no services, but a celebration of life for the immediate family. It will be held in Vermont by the Babbling Brook, at the convenience of the family, per Allen’s request.
Allen was a truck driver and traveled all over Canada and the U.S.
