An 84-year-old man was killed in a car accident Monday afternoon, the Tennessee Highway Patrol reported.
According to the accident report, 53-year-old Bobbie Smith of Millington was traveling north near the 800 block of Wilkinsville Road, veered into the southbound lane and collided with a vehicle driven by Mary Bomar.
Smith’s Jeep left the westside of the roadway, rolling onto its left side.

Bomar’s vehicle also left the westside of the road.
Kenneth Bomar, 84, was killed.
Mary Bomar and Smith were both injured.
The accident report states charges may be pending for Smith.
