A 21-year-old from Covington died in an accident Monday afternoon, the Tennessee Highway Patrol confirmed.
Spencer Farabee, who was traveling on what investigators have called a homemade moped, pulled out onto Old Memphis Road from a driveway on the east side of the road. He was killed in the head-on collision with a 2014 Dodge Ram driven by 25-year-old Zachary Cook.
There were no charges filed, the accident report states.

Farabee was a 2016 graduate of Covington High School.
