Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by that certain deed of trust dated October 20, 2011, executed by Mae Taylor, as same appears of record in the Register’s Office of Tipton County, Tennessee in Deed Book 1530, Page 119, and the owner and holder of the indebtedness and obligations secured thereby having declared all of the remaining balance of said indebtedness described in said deed of trust due as a result of the default in the payment of a part thereof, and
WHEREAS, Oliver Ray Moody, as Trustee of both the Elna S. Watson Testamentary Trust and the Layton W. Watson Testamentary Trust, as the owners and holders of said indebtedness have directed the undersigned Trustee to advertise and sell said property described in said deed of trust pursuant to the terms and provisions thereof, and
NOW, THEREFORE, this is to give notice that I, A. Blake Neill, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in me as trustee, will on the 25th day of June, 2020 commencing at the hour of 11:00 a.m. at the south door of the Courthouse in Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder, for cash and in bar of equity of redemption except as provided in T.C.A. Section 35-5-104, the following described real estate situated in the 9th Civil District of Tipton County, Tennessee, to-wit:
450 Highway 70 W., Mason, Tennessee 38049
This being the same real estate conveyed to Mae Taylor by warranty deed of record in the Register’s Office of Tipton County, TN in Deed Book 1530, Pages 116-118.
This being property identified in the Property Assessor’s Office of Tipton County, Tennessee as Tax Map 138C A, Parcel 024.00
All right and equity of redemption, homestead, dower and all other exemptions are waived in said deed of trust and the title is believed to be good, but I sell and convey only as trustee.
