This being the same property which has been designated by the Tipton County Tax Assessor’s Office as Parcel 103.00, Group E, on Tax Map 111A.

This being the same property conveyed to Rachel Smith by Warranty Deed from Cowboy Construction Company, a Tennessee Corp., recorded on the 25th day of January, 2007 in Record Book 1321, Page 744, in the Register’s Office of Tipton County, Tennessee.
