PUBLICATION NOTICE

TO THE RESPONDENT, RYLEIGH DEVERELL, MOTHER OF MINOR CHILD, RAIN CRUZ (DOB: 07/29/15):

In this cause, it appearing from the Ex Parte Petition for Emergency Change of Temporary Custody of Parties’ Minor Child due to Changed Circumstances and for Temporary Restraining Order, and the Motion, Order, and Affidavit for Publication, that diligent search and inquiry has been made as to the whereabouts and address of the RESPONDENT, RYLEIGH DEVERELL.

RESPONDENT, RYLEIGH DEVERELL, you are hereby required to appear and answer the Ex Parte Petition for Emergency Change of Temporary Custody of Parties’ Minor Child Due to Changed Circumstances and for Temporary Restraining Order filed in the above-styled case within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this Notice and serve a copy of said Answer on the Clerk of the Juvenile Court for Tipton County, Tennessee, whose address 1801 South College Street, Suite 102, Covington, Tennessee 38019, and Jennifer C. Covellis, attorney for Petitioner, at 2273 N. Highland Avenue, Jackson, TN 38305, within the required time.

If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you in on the 13th day of May, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in the Tipton County Juvenile Court for the relief sought in the Petition.

It is further ordered that this Notice be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Leader newspaper.
