IN RE: THE ADOPTION OF: Hunter Derek Williams

CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS

In this cause, it appearing to the Court from the allegation of the petition filed, and duly sworn to, that the residence of the Respondent is unknown and cannot be ascertained by diligent search and inquiry; and that the whereabouts of the Respondent cannot be found or the post office address of said parent cannot be ascertained, and therefore , the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon said parent, it is ordered that John Williams enter his appearance herein on or before December 4, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. and plead or answer to the petition field herein, a copy of which may be obtained from the clerk of Court, JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT will be taken against you should you fail to appear and answer, and that a copy of this order be published for four consecutive weeks in the Covington Leader, a newspaper published in Tipton County, Tennessee.
