Petitioner,

vs. No. 35458

MICHAEL EDWARDS, JOHN E. EDWARDS, DWAYNE MITCHELL,
WILLIAM MITCHELL, AND MARLA ISOM.

Respondents.

In this cause, it appearing to the Court from the Allegations in the petition filed, and duly sworn to, that the residence and current address of Respondents, Dwayne Mitchell and William K. Mitchell, is unknown and cannot be ascertained by the diligent search and inquiry; and the whereabouts of the Respondents cannot be found to be served with ordinary process, It is ORDERED that Respondents Dwayne Mitchell and William K. Mitchell enter their appearance herein on or before February 10, 2020 and plead or answer the petition filed herein, a copy of which may be obtained from the Clerk & Master of the Tipton County Chancery Court. JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT will be taken against you should you fail to appear and answer, and Petitioners will be granted the relief requested. A copy of this order shall be published for four consecutive weeks in the Covington Leader, a newspaper of general circulation in Tipton County, Tennessee, and the Philadelphia Inquirer, a newspaper of general circulation in Philadelphia County, PA.
