Delta Human Resource Agency is accepting applications for the position of Executive Director. Delta Human Resource Agency implements community assistance programs in Lauderdale, Tipton and Fayette Counties. The position answers to the Board of Delta Human Resource Agency and would be responsible for overseeing staff and programs. A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field of study
• MBA or MS in HR or related field, a plus but not required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience of supervising and staffing in a community agency, which includes budgeting, program implementation and compliance.
• Ability to develop and implement effective programs for the target population
• Experience leading a team, developing direct reports and modeling a positive culture with internal staff and external candidates and partners
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and other data base programs.
