Former Covington, Munford basketball coach Tim Halford inducted into BCAT Hall of Fame

A man known in these parts for serving as the head boys’ basketball coach at Covington and Munford high schools received a big honor last week. Munford basketball made history by making state tournament

It’s been a couple of weeks since the Munford High School basketball team made history by competing in the Class 3A state tournament in Murfreesboro. Mario Strickland hired as Brighton High girls’ new basketball coach

It’s no secret the Brighton High girls’s basketball program has struggled the last few seasons. Munford basketball coach Nic Buford charged with domestic assault

Nic Buford, the head boys’ basketball coach at Munford High School, was arrested July 18 and charged with domestic assault and interference with an emergency call. Brighton High School hires alum Chris Young as boys’ basketball coach

Stan Gatlin and Brighton part ways
