Mario Strickland hired as Brighton High girls’ new basketball coach

It’s no secret the Brighton High girls’s basketball program has struggled the last few seasons. Munford basketball coach Nic Buford charged with domestic assault

Nic Buford, the head boys’ basketball coach at Munford High School, was arrested July 18 and charged with domestic assault and interference with an emergency call. According to an affidavit of complaint, Buford, 37, got into an argument with his wife, Kellee Buford, at their home in Munford on July 16.
