Grieving mothers create local support group after sons’ overdoses

Murder suspect Terrance Taylor II turned himself in Tuesday morning
Terrance Taylor II, wanted for a homicide in Covington last month, turned himself in Tuesday morning. The 22-year-old is a suspect in the murder of Dontavious Edwards on Dec. 28, 2020. Edwards, 19, was shot on Wooten Street and was airlifted to the Regional One Medical Center in Memphis where he underwent surgery and later died. Covington board votes against making changes to quorum, mayoral vote
Tuesday Covington’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted against making changes to the charter that would allow the mayor to vote on all measures.
