Fugitive Davarious Taylor arrested in Covington, charged with Andrew Terry’s murder

Davarious Taylor, the 20-year-old wanted in connection with a homicide, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Task Force and the Covington Police Department Monday morning. Tipton County Chief Deputy will move to school board as CFO

In a surprising move on Tuesday Tipton County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Billy Daugherty announced he would be leaving law enforcement.
