By Echo Day on May 12, 2025

COVINGTON – The 53rd annual World’s Oldest BBQ Festival is set to return to Cobb Parr Park on May 30 and 31, promising two days of food, live music, and community fun.

Presented by Covington Parks and Recreation, the festival is a longstanding tradition and one of the city’s signature summer events. In addition to a wide selection of barbecue vendors, attendees can expect live entertainment, local shopping, and family-friendly attractions.

Highlights of this year’s festival include a demolition derby, tractor pull, and activities for all ages. The event will also feature a variety of food options, arts and crafts vendors, and musical performances throughout the weekend.

The festival is sponsored by Landers North and organized by the City of Covington.

For more information or updates, follow Covington Parks and Recreation on social media. Admission details and a full schedule of events will be announced closer to the date.

The event will take place at Cobb Parr Park, 805 Bert Johnston Ave., Covington, TN.
