WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated April 28, 2006, executed by TERRY C JONES AND WIFE CHARLOTTE K JONES, conveying certain real property therein described to OWEN LAW FIRM as same appears of record in the Register’s Office of Tipton County, on May 2, 2006, as Instrument No. 87785, in Book 1272, at Page 936; and
