It further appearing that the Petitioner has fled an Affidavit of Diligent Search with the Motion for Publication;
That Court finds the Petitioner's Motion is well taken;

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this notice be published for four consecutive weeks in Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee.
