It further appearing that the Petitioner has fled an Affidavit of Diligent Search with the Motion for Publication;
That Court finds the Petitioner's Motion is well taken;

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this notice be published for four consecutive weeks in Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee.

If the bid is raised the property shall be re-advertised and auctioned a second time. The property will then be sold to the highest and best bidder. Closing shall take place following approval by the Court.
