Earlier this month, for the third straight year, Covington High School was named a finalist for the state's SCORE Prize. Principal Marcus Heaston explains how the school has achieved continued success.
"People ask me every day, How can you handle this? People survive it. It's a battle, but people survive it every day," Ashley Baum said, nodding her head and focused on Trenton. "You play the hand you're dealt in life and it is what it is. Just because I'm crushed by the diagnosis, it doesn't mean it's going to go away."
