Dyson becomes first African-American titleholder since 1953

This weekend Brighton High School's Desiree Dyson made history for Tipton County as she captured the crown of Miss Tennessee's Teen Princess 2015. She is the first African-American teen princess and the first African-American to be crowned in a state pageant since 1953.
