The first Covington Parks and Recreation Turkey Shoot was held on Saturday at the soccer fields at the Sportsplex.

Competitors in six age divisions were shooting for prizes including turkeys and pies. First and second place received a turkey and third place was awarded a pie.

Here’s a list of the winners, by age group. To the right of each person’s name is the total points they had.

Only two people recorded bulls eyes in the competition that saw them shooting a BB gun from 36 feet. Hitting center on the targets were 11-year-old Sarah Myers and Brittany Williams.
