Jim Ruth of Brighton donated an original “Walking Tall” poster to the Chester County Museum.

The Chester County Museum is the recipient of an original “Walking Tall” movie poster.  The poster was donated by Mr. Jim Ruth of Brighton, a former Henderson resident and was framed by CS&S Framing.
“Walking Tall” was a three-movie trilogy about the life of the legendary Buford Pusser, who was sheriff of McNairy County during the 1960’s.
All three movies were filmed locally with many county residents taking part in the production.  The first movie was filmed in 1972.
